Revere Beach concentrates a year of trade into a short season. Two access constraints worth knowing. Revere enforces resident-only parking overnight, midnight to six, across the city, with some 24-hour residential zones. And the Sand Sculpting Festival in July closes the Boulevard from Eliot Circle to Chester Avenue and parts of Shirley Avenue for the day. Neither stops us coming, but both change how we approach.
Water
Revere is fully MWRA supplied, which means soft water at roughly 15 milligrams per liter, under one grain per gallon. Scale is rarely the reason an ice machine here stops making ice. Look at the condenser, the water inlet valve and the harvest cycle before anyone sells you a softener.
